Through Hole Technology Process of Eternity EMS:
1st Step: Drilling holes into the PCB.
The board manufacturer drills holes where the components will go according to the client's design.
2nd Step: Hand-load.
Hand-load components on PCB (place the component by hand).
Once the holes have been drilled, the leads are placed through them. It's crucial that the leads are placed in the holes consistently and properly. The assembler needs to ensure that they have the correct polarity and orientation. The operator must wear antistatic ring, antistatic shoes, and antistatic hat.
3rd Step: Wave soldering.
Three pre-heat zones and dual-wave soldering.
We have 2 lines of normal wave soldering and 2 lines of selective wave soldering, which can satisfy the requirements of avionic device, military electronics and medical electronics.
Some components are not resistant to the high temperature in the wave soldering machine, while some distance between components is too close, above 2 conditions will be soldered by manual to keep the good performance of components.
4th Step: Optical inspection.
Optical inspection is based on the quality system standard IPC610, carried out by experienced specialist.
5th Step: In Circuit and Functional Test.
On-line programming.
Resistor and capacity check.
Short circuit and open circuit test.
Boundary scan.
Customized function test.
6th Step: Quality control.
QA sample or 100% visual inspect.
7th Step: Packaging.
Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) package is based on customer requirements.
● Some products require aging test, while some products require final assembly after test.
